Combined Compression / Bending Testing Machine 500 kN / 30 kN

The testing machine combination is suitable for compressive strength tests of gypsum, mortar- and cement samples, as well as light- and aerated concrete. The massive steel frame is extremely stiff, the columns are tensioned without any play. On both sides is a simple insertion of different test fixture, inserts and devices possible.According to DIN EN 196 and class 1 according to DIN EN 7500-1 in expansion cylinder version.

Norms: DIN EN 196, 1015, ISO 679, BS 3892, ASTM C109, ASTM C348, C349 (and many more).

Control Unit

Doli EDC provides fully automated experimental procedures with predetermined rate of loading force controlled tests (deformation and displacement controlled tests require further accessories). Automatic break detection.

A large area of the testing machine is equipped with an impact-resistant, transparent test room protection made of polycarbonate.
