Features

• Rotary evaporator with integrated vacuum controller: This space-saving design integrates the vacuum controller VR102S and rotary evaporator RE202. The vacuum controller is linked to the evaporator controller, so start/stop can be done with a single operation. It also has a built-in solenoid valve for precise vacuum control. The vacuum controller has three operation modes (constant value operation, gradient operation, auto mode operation) depending on the application. Auto mode is particularly effective for unknown samples, as it automatically calculates and controls operation to prevent bumping.
• Wireless link with vacuum pump via Wi-Fi connection: The vacuum pump's RUN/STOP and suction speed adjustment are wirelessly controlled by the vacuum controller. The vacuum pump does not need to run at full power all the time; it runs at full power only at the beginning of the distillation, and then the inverter reduces the rotation speed (N820G), making the pump quieter and contributing to energy-saving operation.
• Auto Leak Operation: When the operation is stopped, the leak solenoid valve is opened and released to the atmosphere until the set time has elapsed.
• Auto Cleaning Operation: After the auto leak ends, the vacuum pump is operated with the leak solenoid valve and control solenoid valve open until the set time has elapsed. The purpose of running the pump at atmospheric pressure is to remove the solvent that has condensed in the piping and solenoid valve, and at the same time clean the vacuum pump itself. When finished, the pump stops and the leak valve and solenoid valve close, which is a convenient function. (The vacuum pump stops when a control unit is installed.)
• Solvent recovery device can also be installed: A solvent recovery device can be attached to the stand (optional) as a secondary trap. This is effective for environmental and odor control. The vacuum controller operation section is integrated on the rotary evaporator side, allowing greater freedom in layout.
